RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS & REFUNDS IN THE INDIA

Our return policy is only applicable within 7 days of the purchase. After that, we would not be able to provide any help. Refunds will be done only through the original payment method.

Mode of Payment.

We only accept returns when your item has not been used. It should remain in the same condition the way you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: Refunds cannot be processed on orders paid by Cash on delivery (COD). Refunds are only applicable on purchases paid through online  transactions. Exchange can be done through an online coupon we provide in cases necessary.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We would provide you with the details regarding the same.

Refunds.

Once you have processed your returns, after inspections we would email you to notify you about the receiving of the product and the approval or rejection of the refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be refunded back to your original method of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Late or missing refunds

If in case you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sales items cannot be returned or refunded, only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges in the INDIA

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Email –  Rich@bigarette.com The first pickup will be free of charge and the second pickup will be subjected to a shipping fee of 200INR (which will be deducted from the original mode of payment).

International returns, refunds and exchange

⦁ To initiate a return please contact us Email – Rich@bigarette.com  to understand the procedure further.
⦁ For returns outside the INDIA, contact your local or preferred postal service of choice.
⦁ Address the return to:-

⦁ You will have to cover postal charges yourself so make sure you mark your package as returned goods to avoid any additional charges.
⦁ Ask your courier for proof of shipment or tracking ID so you can have proof you sent the item.
⦁ Once we receive the item the refund will be on the original mode of payment.
